Rates and Fees

Our aim is to offer professional bookkeeping services and advice to small businesses at a reasonable price.

We want to accommodate our business partner by giving them the option to have off-site bookkeeping or onsite bookkeeping. Whatever works!

We offer two types of pricing options:

Fixed Rate Pricing:

Hourly Base Rate Pricing:

Our base rate per hour is $50.00 this rate depends on the amount of complexity of transactions or the volume of work.

This rate is determined by the amount of transactions in a given reporting period. (Monthly/Quarterly); typical basic package $350 a month which includes 8 hours of bookkeeping service each month; extra time is charged at $55/hr. This fee does not include out of pocket expenses, such as postage, stationary, etc.

Billing:

Our services are billed at the end of each month and are due upon receipt of the invoice date. Currently payment is only accepted via business checks and we do accept all major credit cards. Any returned check fees will be added to your account.
